Plot of land in Yecla

Rustic plot of land situated in the municipality of Yecla, very close to Raspay.

The plot has 10.000 m2 with abandoned almond trees. It is next to the Sierra del Carche and is accessed by a dirt road which is next to the houses of \”Quitapellejos\”. The access is good as it is asphalted up to the houses and from there you take the dirt road which is about 650 metres to the plot.  

The plot borders the regional park of the Sierra del Carche and from the plot there are beautiful views of the area. 

The nearest towns are Yecla, Pinoso and the village of Raspay.

This plot can be used to complete the minimum surface required by the town hall of Yecla to build a detached house. 

In Yecla to build a detached single-family house the minimum is 20.000 m2 but it does not have to be a single plot, it can be 2 plots (each one with 10.000 m2) in different places of the municipality of Yecla and build the house in one of them.
